Uta, Kerala is the land of Coconuts and our cuisine has lots of coconuts in it – which we love! The green Coconuts you see sold by the roadside and which are presented to each guest when checking in a hotel is called “tender coconut” – most people like this cooling, refreshing drink, but sadly for some reason, t.c.and I dont agree with each other 🙂
